How Long Do Custom Patches Take?
What affects your timeline — proofing, patch type, quantity, rush and shipping — and how to plan.

Every project timeline has a few stages. Knowing them helps you plan around your deadline.
1. Quote
After you submit your requirements, our team reviews them and sends a quote with a production timeline for your project.
2. Proof and approval
Your digital proof is prepared after you accept the quote. The faster you approve, the sooner production starts. Revisions add time.
3. Production
Production time depends on the patch type, size and quantity. Molded PVC and silicone generally take longer than embroidery because a mold is made first.
4. Quality check and packing
Finished patches are checked against your proof and packed.
5. Shipping
Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method. Tracking is added to your account when your order ships.
Need it by a date?
Enter your required date in the quote form and choose Rush if it's tight. We'll confirm honestly whether we can meet it before you commit.
