What Determines Custom Patch Pricing?
The factors that shape a patch quote — size, quantity, type, colors, backing and timeline.

We quote every project individually because patches vary so much. These are the factors that shape a quote.
Patch type
Embroidered, woven, printed, chenille, leather, PVC and silicone use different materials and processes. Molded types need a custom mold.
Size
Larger patches use more material and machine time.
Quantity
Setup work — digitizing, molds and machine setup — is shared across the run, so per-piece cost usually falls as quantity rises.
Detail and colors
Complex artwork, many thread colors or high stitch counts take longer to produce.
Backing, border and extras
Hook & loop, metallic or glow threads, 3D elements and special borders all add work.
Packaging
Individual polybags, retail-ready cards or custom packaging add handling.
Timeline
Rush production may affect your quote.
